The momentum continued as they presented a system test, a task I was to complete within a stipulated time. Little did they know that I would finish it in a mere 20 minutes, leaving them impressed. The subsequent rounds sailed smoothly, and the startup seemed keen on welcoming me into their fold.

As the discussions progressed, a sudden twist awaited me. The MD revealed a salary package that left me in disbelief — a mere 3000 rupees per month. Stunned and unsure of how to respond, I expressed my expectation of at least 10,000 rupees. The manager, P1, empathized, acknowledging my worth but citing financial constraints due to business challenges.

A 40-minute technical grilling concluded with a job offer that not only met my salary expectations but also granted me the role of an iOS developer.
